well the easiest way for me to get to sleep, without even trying to LD, is to lay completely still, but this time i tried keeping my brain awake, and hey, it only took 90 breaths! i did try after 5 hours sleep, but i found then that i was too tired to keep my self awake lol. haha yep, theres nothig to be scared of though, nothing can happen to you
