Heh, an old message board I was on everyone used to chant 'read the TOS' to all new people. Sadly this was the case even when there was like 3 members left with a post a month. (Man I 'strongly dislike' that place hehe).

Anyways Visty ask anything and don't be discouraged on your lucid journey.

Not really. It's not worth it at all. It's not like it helps you get lucid or anything.

Oh wait, you want to remember your lucid dreams? Yeah, it's worth it
Don't worry, it can be hard at first. But I find that it gains momentum. The more dreams you remember one morning, the easier it is to remember them the next morning!
