hi and welcome enjoy |

Heya! I came across this site because I heard from a friend that he heard something about this "dream controll", and I thought it'd be actually very cool if I can do that, so here I am. My reasons/motivations for doing this are actually useless, more for fun. |

Hey, welcome! Those seem like good reasons to me hehe. How did you choose your username? |
Welcome. Pure entertainment value is as good a reason as any. Give it a week or two and you'll be well on the path to lucid dreaming. |
Teehee. Thanks for the replies and welcoming :3 Im gonna start to practice in about 3 hours from now Xp I want to achieve something simple first, something like, just turn around or something in my dream, as first goal. |

Hehe I was referring to the "microsoft" aspect of it. Just curious as I know someone who has fairly recently started to work for the company. |
haha yeah. many people think i am fan from microsoft or something, but its just a word play with my name and the famous company ; D Maybe I could try to dream that everything is MAIcrosoft instead of Microsoft [: |

Hey there, to Dreamviews! |
There is no real-life, there is only AFK.
Hi! I am so glad I found this place! I have been having lucid dreams for several years, but lately I have been having them regularly, twice a week. It's so amazing to me! I think for me the only down side to my LD's is I am so weak when I do awake...anyone else feel like that??? |
Lor5150, I'm not sure why you feel weak upon awakening. |
to both of you newbies |
complete failure this night S: I couldn't remember anything, plus I woke up at 04:00.. Only good thing was that I got up in a great mood [: |

Don't be discouraged The average for first LD, if I had to take a guess, is one to two weeks. Your first real focus should be on dream recall (and reality checks regularly). Once you remember your dream(s) each night your chances of getting lucid go way up. |

I am a very light sleeper...I can only have my LD's using the wake-back-to-bed method. When I do go back to bed, I fall into such a deep, deep "trance" type sleep...and my LD's are SO vivid ...and unbelievably real...when I do awake (after several awake checks) I feel weak & drained.....I don't know...that's how it has always been for me with LD's. I mean don 't get me wrong, I love it! |
