Need suggestions on lucid aide purchase!

All righty so it's been a week and I'm getting my dream recall back to where it should be. I want to try and use a device to help remind me to do RCs in the future on a regular basis. I currently carry with me a cheap cell phone that only has 1 alarm a day (no use) and a palm pilot which alarm isn't quite as loud as I would like it to be.

So my question is, does anyone know of a good watch that has unlimited repeating alarm programming function? It has to be something I can wear on my wrist because my pockets are FULL :p

      to Dreamviews!
I don't know of any watches with unlimited alarms, actually I don't even use a watch so I'm not much help there. You could reprogram the alarm every time it goes off, but that would be really tedious.
Instead of using a device, why don't you pick a dream sign or two? Basically, look over your dreams and see if you can find an element that is common in the majority of them. Someone else here said that almost all of their dreams have spiders. So any time spiders are mentioned, either by seeing one, talking about it, etc. in real life, he RCs. And since most of his dreams have spiders, it trains him to RC in most of his dreams. This can actually be more effective than a device because the device won't be present in your dream. If you train yourself to RC only when the alarm goes off, there is less of a chance you will do it in the dream.

Well, I've been keepinga log for the time since I started but of course, it's a bit early for me to see any dreamsigns (mostly due to me still developing my recall back to normal).

I guess I just have an itchy trigger finger to get started ^^

      I understand the feeling
You might want to try MILD or some other easier technique while you are waiting for your dream recall and RC habits to improve.

Get a cheap digital watch that chimes every hour. No alarm needed.

They still make those? I hope I don't have to travel back to the '80s again to get one! :p

Good idea I'll see if I can find one..
