Hey Skygreen! We're very glad to have you here at dreamviews. Start up a dream journal on the forum if you'd like. Doing it here where other users can see might help in motivation as you record your dreams from night to night.

You should take a look at the tutorials section. Also look at the newbie quick start guide (a sticky in the Newbie Zone board).

Anyhow if you have any questions at all please ask and we'll do our utmost to help.
