The first thing i did when i found this site was to read the info on the main page, it said that to increse dream recall one should try to concentrate on remembering your dreams, when I do this I feel it's hard to actually fall asleep, any tips on what i should do? |

Do you have a regular bed and awake time? Following a regular sleep schedule as closely as possible can help you to sleep better. |

No offense to anybody here who's given advice, but in my humble opinion, one should not keep a constant bedtime; ONLY a constant wakeup time. By only going to bed when tired, but waking at a certain time no matter what, you train your body to "set" your sleep schedule back a few hours, and thus you don't waste as much time trying to fall asleep. |

Yeah. You might also want to look at other things, like what you ate that day, how much sleep you got the previous night, etc etc. |

You do this every fucking time.
No sweat.
No tears.
No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.
