      Having to swallow before LD induced

      Hey, this may be an easy thing but I have been trying to keep from swallowing while trying to induce an LD. is it ok to swallow when trying to WILD or does the muscle movement of swallowing basically reset my time frame. And does anyone have like a way to keep themselves from needing to swallow or does it even matter?
