Start rubbing your hands together to increase the stability. Another thing you could do is start spinning, i'm not sure what it does since i've never tried it but I guess it does something good lol. |

Well I just took a nap and I had a pretty weird dream. The first thing I could remember was I was on the top of this mountain at a bus stop. It was kind of like a jungle and all of a sudden out of no where this bus came that was a mix of a trolley and a bus (like a trolley with wheels). Then the driver rang this bell and was like "Ok everybody ready to take a tour of Cuba?" I was just like "woww how did this bus just get here and why am I in cuba?" I was like "Maybe I'm dreaming." So then I was rc'ing. I did the nose one and i could breath through my nose. Then i was like ok i must be dreaming but then I was lucid but i couldn't even control it. I was like semi-lucid or something. I knew i was dreaming but everytime I startred to do something everything got blurry and unclear. Then i just woke up. |

Idk what to say, maybe dream naps are just not very stable dreams? |
|
actually, i heard that taking naps increases your chances of having a lucid dream. but then again, im not so sure. i havent tried it. |

I recently had a dream of Cuba too...and it also had a bus...weird! |

I agree with superlox3.. you were lucid and his suggestions are good ones! |

The reason you kept losing your lucidity as soon as you gained it was because you were trying too hard to gain control. You must have been trying to move and see with your real muscles and eyes rather than relax and recieve input from your pseudobody in your dream. If you try to relax and let your pseudobody take in input from the dream (basically let your brain tell itself that it is sensing things |

If there really is no spoon...then how am I to eat my fruitloops?!!?
I think I had this ld becuase just before I went to sleep I was reding a book about lucid dreams then i actually fell asleep with the book in my hands so I think my mind was on lucid dreams right when i fell asleep so I think that helped. |
