1) You should write down any and everything that you remember from your dreams, in your journal. Even if you only remember bits and pieces, write down the fragments. If you have long dreams, write out notes first, so that you can connect them all to where you can write your full dream out, without forgetting the events. |

That determined attitude will help you a lot, Vance. You should journal, and read LaBerge, do lots of reality checks, and just keep dreaming on your mind on dreaming and lucidity as much as possible (and still be able to function). Staying focussed will bring the dreams. |
