Wow. Thanks for the response Robot Butler! I read about dream journals and I usually remember my dreams every night anyways.

The WBTB sounds like an excellent way to start off. I will experiment with both WILD and MILD to see which one fits me.

It is good to know it doesn't deprive sleep. I was thinking that the feeling of being awake in dreams make it like you didn't sleep at all.
