Sometimes I'll close my eyes and see all sorts of amazing images that all kinda of flow into each other and happen without my control or prompting. maybe you should search the internet and see if anything will help you. but i kinda went through were you rubbing your eyes before?

well thats normal from what ive experienced and from what ive read others experienced, for me the images/colors are kinda distracting so i focus more on the black behind them, which works for me as well as for many others, but it really depends on you cuz for some ppl focusing on them helps them

You should do a google search on "Image Streaming". It sounds like what you are describing.

I've never really tried it the way it is described, but I've done similar types of meditations. I know a lot of people who swear by it.

Sounds like Image streaming, to me (what Robot Butler mentioned).

I'm not too familiar with it, but I've heard about it.
