I don't know, this is strange. One of my problems is my parents seem to think that I need to be up before 10 during the week. Which may be true, but if I'm going to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning I don't want to get up... not to mention as this article stated I think I have a good amount of 'sleep debt' that needs to be payed off.

I find it funny how our society thinks of sleep as a luxury, and how we can go without it. I can function without sleep, as I'm sure many people can. I don't remember the last time I felt well rested.

I'll have to try this, and tell my parents to bug off, that I just need a few weeks to get myself on a sleeping schedule, because I have no idea how many hours I need a night.
