      Hey

You can't expect that you can recall your dreams the first time you actually tried, things like this may take some time.
I suggest you start a dream journal, that really helped me a lot. It also helps to read some things about dreaming in general, the more you deal with dreams and dreaming, the better your recall will get.

I had a lucid dream recently just before I woke up. It was about my teeth getting rotten and falling out. recently I read this is a common dream and suddenly in my dream I knew it I dreaming. I went along for the ride but the anxiety was gone. I had discussed having the rotten teeth dreams a few times and finally i made the connections while I was asleep but I know I would wake up and all would be well!!!@!

Maybe wake up 90 minutes earlier than you usually do? Write down a dream (if you can remember), and go back to bed until your normal waking time. This refocuses the mind on dreaming, and remembering dreams (because after 6 hours of sleep, the mind tends to forget that you wanted to remember!). Also, your sleep will be lighter after this (which helps increase vividness and recall).

Good luck, and welcome to Dreamviews!

Sorry for the double post, but I attempted WILD'ing by deep meditation techniques, a mixture of Clarities technique, and some meditation stuff I have learned, and I think I began to mentally feel my bed shake, is this a vibration? When that happens does that mean I am begging to leave my physical, and go mental, what should I do from there, and when will I know, thanks!

P.S. I gave up, because they started lessen, and I go frustrated.

Many beginning WILDers create artificial sleep paralysis (it's mind over matter!), but unfortunately it doesn't always produce dreams. If you were in true sleep paralysis, it would only take a minute or two before you get sucked into the dream (you don't have to do anything but relax and let it happen). Don't get too excited during a WILD. Keep trying, be consistent, and good luck!
