Hello all, i am a noob at LDing, and i am just starting to record my dreams. I seem to not want to wake up quick enough to get my thoughts onto paper, and they slip away, any ideas? =S |

Well recording is a good start of course. Sometimes that happens to me too. Sometimes later on in the day I get de ja vue and try and trace it to its source which is sometimes a forgotten dream. Good luck ^__^ keep a notepad by bed, and when u wake just write two words that can trigger your memory of the dream. It can just be scribbling in the dark but it might help. |

Drink water before bed. You will want to get up if you sleep on a filling bladder, trust me! When you get up to use the restroom, write down the main points in your DJ. When you get back (be quick!), filling out the rest becomes relatively simple. |
