Hi neeksneeks! Keeping a dream journal is a great place to start on your Lucid Journey. Why don't you check out the tutorials, they have great information that will answer so many of your questions Here is the Link: http://dreamviews.com/tutorials.php

As far as books go, the only book I have ever found really helpful and full of priceless information is Stephen LaBurge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. You can find it in bookstores in the self help section, or here at Amazon.com to buy:
      http://www.amazon.com/Exploring-Worl...8457469&sr=8-1

I hope this helps. Post around and enjoy getting Lucid If you have any questions or need help finding something, send me a messege and I'll help you out

Second on EWLD. Read it. It's decidedly better than 90 percent of what you will read here.

EDIT:Barbizzle, the title is 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming', not 'The Exciting World of Lucid Dreaming', just a heads up.

Fourthed. That's the bible for lucid dreamers, it's the most complete one.
