Hey, I'm new and such. I've lucid dreamed twice before, but never on purpose. Three days ago I started keeping a dream journal and I've begun to try to purposely have lucid dreams. I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to purposely have lucid dreams, but specifically I have questions about books on Lucid Dreaming. Are books on lucid dreaming worth getting? Are they informative and helpful? If so, which of them are actually worth getting? |
