Now I have a question about suppliments:

Should I experiment with supplements to get me into my first lucid dream, just to give myself confidence? I'm wary to take it for my first time, because I don't want to become dependent on supplements to lucid dream. I was thinking I could have my first one naturally, then experiment so that I can know I don't need the supplements. Is this just worrying too much?

Also, what supplements work? I was reading the Supplements section of the forum, but it seemed like everyone had mixed results with melatonin or 5 htp, or whatever else. What supplement would you reccomend? I'm thinking that Melatonin might be most effective, but I'm not sure.

I do not use any supplements. I dont think they should be used to attain Lucid Dreams at all. We can do it naturally just fine. BUT, if you do feel the need to try something, get some B6. It will help with vivid dreams.
