Hi, I'm lucidattempter25, and I'm true by my name, I've been trying to induce Lucid Dreams without much success, but I will keep trying.
Some of the techniques I've used which didn't work out so well were:
1. Reality Checks-I liked doing them at first but then I just gave up because it just got so repetitive.
2. Using sounds to enter your subconcious-I don't really have anything quiet enough to let me sleep or not too quiet that I'll miss the sound in my dreams.
3.Keeping a dream journal-I know this is important but I haven't been having many dreams lately, and besides I sometimes, but not always, remember only one or two things that happen in my dreams, and I'm not sure if they are worthy of putting into a dream journal.
So far all I do is be positive, knowing that someday I will have a lucid dream, listen to my brainwave cd before bed, and I also try to do the WILD technique early in the mornings.
Maybe I could try eating something, Like maybe a Peanut Butter and sandwich with a glass of milk.
