I think you are exciting yourself too much. Go to bed as normal, and continue with a recall and reality check schedule. Try again in a few days, and see if it still happens.

Once I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep and my eyes and facial muscles kept twitching, and it was so annoying but for some reason I decided to just let it happen, and I started to go into some sort of a trance I guess you could say, and then I felt like I was being sucked into a void, and after that all I can say is that I was still alive, but "I" wasn't there. Then I came out of it and tried to make it happen again, but I couldn't. Very strange, I know, but if I could I would definitely have it happen again. Originally Posted by SleepyCookieDough
