I think I have only had one Lucid dream, but I only questioned myself if I was dreaming but due to the events of the dream I was sort of in a panic and woke up moments later.

I had a lot of free time last night from about midnight to 730 this morning and did some research on this. I took a 2 hour nap and already noticed things I hadn't. One dream was of me trying first hold onto then force a dream together only to be told by someone I was trying to hard.

I don't get much sleep during the week due to work, 5-6 hours a night. I was wondering if this might hinder my progress towards Lucid dreaming or what? And if so what might be some tips? Already started my dream journal, first log was about 20 minutes ago.
