Thread: Does anyone know how to...?

I went ahead and deleted the duplicates of this thread so members won't get confused.

Hmm...the only advice I could give is to actually learn how to Lucid Dream (unless that what you mean-you LD too much already).You won't ever stop dreaming altogether, but you could try something to mess up your dream recall so you don't remember these dreams. You could even program yourself to dream less often, or dream less vividly.

Hope I could help, and please feel free to stick around. We've had a lot of members here who've stayed even after finding help with their dreaming problems.

smoke weed or drink before sleep lol sounds awfull about it will kill your dream recall

^I have to agree with the smoking pot thing....though I'm not advocating it, but it will totally zonk you out and you will not remember your dreams.

Or just try to do some exercising first thing when you wake up and then right before you go to sleep at night.

Try to focus on a place you would love to go on vacation while you're trying to fall asleep, and do it every night, even during the day while your awake, just keep using the same image to "distract" your mind.
