for some people, you just need to be still to trick the body into SP. but for a lot, to much awarness of the body results in no SP.
so its a question of finding a mind exersise that takes your attention of the body. and as i said above, you need to find a mind exersise that is stable, in the sense that you can maintain awarness of what your doing

The first few times you try to WILD, try just watching your thoughts as you fall asleep. Stay passive and inquisitive. Just see what your thoughts naturally do every night as you relax and fall asleep normally.

When you WILD, you need to stay right on the edge of sleep. Maintain enough awareness so you will not zonk out, but let your thoughts run free so you can fall asleep. It can be tricky at first, because you don't know what to expect. Once you get a feel for things, you will better know when to push and when to let go.

What do you man watch your thoughts? Do you mean, when thoughts enter your mind, just let them come and don't get involved with them?
