      I sleep 7 hs

hello! In school period, I sleep 7-6 hs..
Can I have lucid dreams no matter what? maybe DILD.
I try WILD before go to bed, and always got asleep, so it doesn't substract sleep time....
      so, what do you think?
I think that I could do it, I would have lucid dreams, because my REM must adjust....

      bye!thanks

For WILD to work best you should sleep a couple of hours and then wake up, stay awake for a bit, and the try WILD

You probably could WILD at the beginning of the night, but like Ishi said, it works better to sleep a couple of hours first because REM comes faster and lasts longer then. Personally I can't LD very well when I don't have a full night of sleep because I stress out about having to wake up early.

I'd try to get an hour of sleep more per night. It's healthier for you.

I know that if a person is used to sleeping for eight or more hours, and then begins sleeping for only six hours, his/her NREM (non-dreaming) sleep will take precedence over their REM, and they will dream less. This does not affect lucidity, because becoming lucid depends moreso on whether or not you are conditioned to question your environment.

I am not sure if NREM retains its precedence over REM if you keep sleeping for six hours over an extended period of time.
