Does anybody have any trouble staying motivated to continue writing down their dreams? I really, really want to lucid dream, but I always have trouble forcing myself to actually write them down. |

The Sleepy Fruit Kingdom- My Dream Journal
Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and bitch-slap the motherfucker upside the head...
How about think how happy if you can control your dreams? |

Always looking for an answer.....
Unfortunately, if it's something you really want to do, the only thing you can do is just suck it up and keep writing them down. It does get easier to recall your dreams as time goes on, but writing them in a journal is a reminder that your dreams are important to you and you want to remember them. |

"If there was one thing the lucid dreaming ninja writer could not stand, it was used car salesmen."
When I need some motivation, I read through some old dream journals. I re-discover so many fun adventures I've had. You can also try reading through other peoples' dream journals online. |

I'm having just the same problem. My solution is to skip a day when I really don't feel like writing my dreams down. But when I skip it, I promise myself NOT to skip at least two following days... That the way it works for me. |

Well dude, for most of us here lucid dreaming takes effort, and recall is just part of the process. |

Epic music is a good motivator. Try to find music that inspires you, and listen to it before bed, and after you write down a dream. |
