Hi all. I've had a "dry spell" for weeks now, so I was searching the Internet for dream induction techniques, and found this site. Firstly, hi, and please let me tell you that I think it's nice to find other people who share a fascination of the world of dreaming.
Secondly, I have some questions. As I mentioned, I've been having a dry spell. I haven't had a proper dream for weeks, let alone a lucid one. The best I had was a very hazy recollection last week.
I think this may be because of either 1. I am quite stressed just now, or 2. I have stopped taking Melatonin. I was prescribed it last year, and I only stopped a few weeks ago. (I don't like using medicine.) I read on this site that some medicines can help inducing dreams. I couldn't find much more information on this, so I thought I'd ask. So, has Melatonin been proven to induce dreams of any kind, and does eating cheese before bed really help?
