I'm doing alot of ''Am i dreaming or awake'' and i do it when alot of small things happen like i hear a noise outside or even just for the hell of it when nothing is happening. I do 50+ state checking a day i've only been doing it for a few days. Is doing state checks when not much is happening a bad technique? or should i just stick to state checking when strange things happen or when i have strong emotions? |
