Wow seems we're in the same boat my friend. Do you Reality check, get a goods night sleep, have a sleeping schedule, and keep a dream journal? Do you avoid caffeine and sugar like the plague in the evening? All of that (If you dont do it) plus being in the sun/ doing a p-physical activity will benefit sleep and dreaming.

I too want answers, but the above is what I know so far for general stuff.
