Thread: Do you enjoy Sleep Paralysis? or are you scared of it?

I like the feeling of "transitioning"(from waking life to dream world).

Yup. I like the transtion phase. All of a sudden you can move (which to me feels like I am underwater and quite sick) then all of a sudden that clears up and I am over joyed. I don't get scary hallucinations which makes it pleasant

I love SP! I always wake up from it though, because I get too excited. I probably would have been scared of it if I didn't know what it was though.

I actually went to the doctor after the first time I had sleep paralysis, It was the scariest thing I had ever gone through. But now that I know more about it, it tends not to frighten me anymore. I am also very glad that I experienced it because if I hadn't chances are I would of never started researching Lucid Dreaming.

I enjoy it but the HI stuff scares me lol,

I usually enjoy it but the past 2 times i've got it sucked. I thought I was having a heart attack. I get a lot of tactile hallucinations when I get SP.
