      Sleep trouble.

      Hi I have been having good dreams lately, but not lucid.
      but thats not the problem
      the problem is.

      I cant take naps in the morning or middle of the day, I mean i can feel relaxed and just ly there for a couple of hours waiting for myself to fall asleep.
      but never will,
      can anyone help me?

      Are naps necessary? It would seem not if you can't doze off...

      I would suggest trying to nap in a completely dark room. But I have little experience in the matter.

      I nap often, because I find it much easier to WILD during the middle of the day. I would suggest staying up later than usual when you have nothing to do the next day, in order to throw off your internal sleep schedule. That will make it much easier to nap during the day. Also less sleep during the night, maybe 5-6 hours instead of 8+ and you shouldn't have many problems napping.
