      Thumbs up Introducing Flake

      Hello All.

I am "Flake", 17 Y/O. I live in Australia as well. I enjoy playing Guitar, Piano, and Flight Sims. I'm also in the Australian Air Force Cadets... as the lowest rank because i only just started (That rank is Cadet BTW). I wish to become a Hornet Pilot here in the land of Oz hopefully soon after i get my Higher School Certificate.

I'm a pretty easy going guy myself, and I got refered to this site by a "Dairyman", so I have him to thank for the link.

Only recently has the prospect of lucid dreaming been revelead to me on a thread at another forum i visit, and so I'm only a begineer.

I'm mostly here to Learn Lucid Dreaming and to control/initiate it better, and to build my own Dream Journel in the DJ section.

So thanks for the great site, Will come in very useful.

      - Flake

Hello Flake and Welcome to DV! to begin with, a good start is to look into the induction methods that Walms has posted for you, and to check into the tutorials DV has to offer. if you ever are having problems feel free to post a thread, search threads for similar problems or questions, or PM a admin what you want. Hope there are many lucid dreams in your future!

Hi, flake! It's nice to have you on the forums. That's an interesting job.

I'll take a look at that DJ when you get it up, and don't be shy to ask myself or any other dream guide any questions.

      Hope you stick around!

      Talking

Thanks for the kind and warm welcome... I'm about to start my dream journal.

Frustrating o have a vivid dream and not reckognise dream signs and become lucid... but I am only new to starting to notice some dream signs. Practice makes perfect.

Hey Flake, welcome! That's a cool job - I attempted to join the airforce here in South Africa but have mild hearing loss. It's a great life so congrats for getting in!

Dream journal and reality checks are the way to go when starting, at least that's what I found. See ya round the forums

      You misinterpret redfan.

In Australia we have a youth organisatio for 13-20 year olds called "Australian Air Force Cadets" It's the RAAF for teenagers, really... except a little less full on and demanding.

ONE DAY, I will join the RAAF and get that job that I want

Oh, so the equivalent of a JROTC program in America? I am in that as well, and find it interesting. Something that we have in common. (:

I look forward to reading your dream journal. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want. Lucid dreaming takes patients, but damn it, it's worth it

Forgot to mention, we have an extensive tutorials section here at DV. It contains the best collection of lucid dreaming guides on the internet.

      I noticed!
Last night I tried the mind awake/body asleep sleep paralysis... Worked first try.

BTW: My Dream Journel for those who wanted to see. I go out of my way to describe litereally as much as I can remember, so I hope you enjoy it. just updated with my Lucid Tasks.

Nicely done. Always describe as much detail as possible. It'll help train your mind to interact more effectively with the dreaming part of your bran and help you get lucid more often
