      Talking New here

      Hey guys! Long time reader first time poster here!
      I first started having spontaneous lucid dreams at age 9 or 10. And I haven't had one since then so I've decided that I want to. So I've been practicing WILDS. Just wanted to introduce myself!

      WILDs are fun, but difficult, MILD and WBTB are good ones to start. I love smilie too

      yes as ninja said, WILDS are extremely hard.
      it takes alot of patience.
      but once achieved it is worth it, you literely have 70-100% dream recall if you do a succesfull WILD
