Are you pairing your MILD with a WBTB?
heh, no. i tried doing MILD before bed. I meditated for 30 mins after reading a book for an hour, cleared my head, then chanted my mantra until i fell into sleep. but it didnt work. i did recall my dream, i just didnt become lucid. I dont think a WBTB would ever be possible for me. I am probably the heaviest sleeper in the entire state. thats why i dont think i will ever experience a lucid dream. also, when i was chanting the suggestion, my eyes were closed, and it felt like my vision was whirring around in a strange pattern, i felt dizzy. is this normal?
