For recall I suggest that when you wake up, right away, write short words or phrases that will let you remember your dreams on a small notepad or something. Also, if you remember part of a dream, expand upon it by asking yourself things like "What did I do before that?" or "How did I get there?" or "What did I do next?"

      Anyway,

Welcome to Dreamviews! Along with what Dark said, you can also try waking up periodically throughout the night and writing your dreams down. It is much harder to remember everything if you are just trying to remember it all in the morning.
