      Vivid Dreams are dreams that are extremely clear and life-like. They give off an intense feeling of realism all around you. Even if there is crazy shit around you. Vivid dreams usually always stand out well in memory because of this. Vivid dreams appeal strongly to all your senses and are usually extremely full in color. Vivid dreams = awesome dreams!

      You will know when you have one I guess, you can usually tell. vivid dreams can be extremely clear and real. you know whats a good combo? a vivid lucid dream ;D

      Vivid dreams also give off strong emotions.
      For instance, if you was dreaming about someone attacking you, then you will get a strong emotion of fear running through you.

      Hmmm... It might just be that vivid dreams are REM dreams, and non vivid dreams are non-REM dreams.
