Don't worry about getting SP. Some people never experience, while others get hit with it all the time. You will know if it happens to you. It is a very intense experience. Can't miss it or mistake it for anything else.

When you rolled over at the end of your WILD, it sounds like you were giving up. Don't ever give up. It is fine to change positions, even to the position you normally sleep in. I do it all the time. I start on my back until I become super relaxed and feel myself slipping into sleep. Maybe even experiencing a little hypnagogia. Then, I roll onto my side, and let myself drift into sleep a bit more. You need to let yourself drift a little, so you will actually fall asleep. Just keep holding onto a tiny piece of your awareness.

WILD has a lot to do with your timing. Think of it as a waiting game. You are just lying there, half asleep, being very patient, waiting for your next dream to occur.
