      I'm new too!

      Hello everybody,
I've been having lucid dreams since I was 13. For many years now it has been one of my favourite things to do. It wasn't until I was 19 I learned it is actually called lucid dreaming. Learning the name has given me the oportunity of getting to understand my favourite pasttime better. I now realise there are so many ways to achieve LD. The only way I knew - and have been using from the very beginning - is WILD. So I guess I still have a lot to learn.

And that's why I'm here; to learn and to explore

      to dreamviews!

Ah, you're so lucky! Oh, well...I'm making progress, at any rate

Try MILDing. It's a bit less cumbersome than WILDing. It's really been helping my dream recall. I've got to ask...when you WILD, do you wake up in the middle of the night first, or do you just launch right in before bed?

      Try the tutorials. Click here

Good for you . Even if you just COME ON these forums often you'll remember your dreams more often/get lucids. Trust me, I'd know!
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

Sorry for my late reply. I didn't know it was possible to wake up in the middle of the night first so i did/do it before i went to sleep in bed.

Well, Vranna, Welcome! It's great that you've been doing this for quite some time! I wish that I was able to WILD so easily...so how is your dream recall? Do you keep a dream journal? How often do you become lucid?

Good for you . The community is great and VERY supportive! Just ask anyone and they'll be able to help you out or try and answer your questions.
      ...And then to dream...
