Hello, you guys . I've been lurking on this site for some weeks and recently i had my first two ld's. They were totally awesome

Now, my question is, can a tv or a computer screen affect dream recall? Lately i have not been able to recall any dreams, so i searched for 'dream recall' on this site and read something about screens being bad for dream recall (I'm almost always on my pc before i go to sleep).
