      Mantras.

      From what people have been saying, mantras seem to work really well. Is it really as simple as saying " I am going to lucid dream to night"? So does that increase your chances to have a mild. Thanks Again for helping out.(Sorry for asking all these questions just trying to figure things out and alot of you are extremely helpful at doing so)

      Lucid Dream Goals: Have a lucid dream(x), Fly(), Shoot fire(), Have an epic battle() Run Extremely Fast() Have a long Lucid dream(), Make Love(x), Destroy My Enemy.

      I like to say, "I am dreaming," over and over again. That way, I automatically say it in my dreams.

      Typically yes, they do. One thing most people include when talking about WILD or related methods, is to repeat "Tonight I will have a Lucid Dream" or similar phrases.

      It's gotta be the repetition. I play a lot of repetitive flash games and they have a huge influence over my dreams.

      Haha! I did my mantras last night, and I had my first 3-dream night! None of them were lucids, but I remember all of them in vivid detail.

      Mantras work wonders for me. I used one for dream recall, with exceptional results. Just now weaving in some LD mantras, but I have high hopes!
