You should get up as many times throughout the night as you think you can with your schedule and still get enough sleep (although I wouldn't suggest more than three times per night). Getting up a couple of times throughout the night will allow you to remember dreams that you would have forgotten otherwise. |

I like to set an alarm in 2 hour increments and write down my dreams as soon as I awake. If I haven't dreamed after the first 2 hours, I simply go back to sleep. What B6 does is make your dreams more vivid/clear/bright/colorful. It doesn't necessarily help you become lucid. An easy way to get B6 is drink apple juice before bed. Also peanut butter contains B6 and quite a few other foods. You can also buy B6 vitamin pills in stores. Good Luck to you! |
