Yeah, I'm too lazy to WILD-I need my 8 hours!! So, I'm a MILDer...and it works well, so far. Haven't really tried LD mantras yet, but from what I hear, the more you MILD, the more it becomes repetitive habit; ergo, if you MILD frequently and faithfully, it'll just become a part of the routine, without you even having to try. MILDs work through mnemonics-memory tricks. So, if you truly memorize something down to the subconscious level and practice it every night, it'll get easier and easier, until you theoretically don't even have to think about LDing to have one. Of course, this can take months, if not years, to succeed, but it is well worth it. |
