      I had a nap (11pm to 11.47pm) and tried WILD without much success, I'm not sure whether I got to SP but I was having auditory hallucinations, no visuals really.
      According to my watch I stayed in that state for about 45 minutes. Have I missed a REM cycle?

      Will try again later this afternoon
