Mantras, and how they work. ~1 page, right there
      DILD and MILD. ~1 page
All the different forms of WBTB: WILD, MILD, DILD, V-MILD, V-WILD, DEILD. ~2-3 pages, easy.
EILD and lucid aids. ~1 page
Mnemonic devices and how they work. ~1-2 paragraphs, or 1/2 page

Check out the tutorials, they will give you an excellent base understanding of these. Also look at Wikipedia, and a handful of other sources. Great project idea; it's waiting to write itself, basically. All you have to do is compile the data and summarize it concisely. You may wish to concentrate on a handful of these ideas, as 4 pages goes by incredibly fast.

      Wake Back To Bed.
It' really more of a "helper" than an actual induction method.

But a very reliable "helper" It's basically when you wake up in the middle of the night to catch a REM phase and needs to be combined with either DILD or WILD.

If you have trouble figuring out what an acronym means, just refer to this topic: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...light=Glossary

Well can you give me some pointers on how to know when my REM phase is about to happen? I want to try some of this stuff im very interested in lots of the stuff I have found on this site. One problem.... I have problems with sleeping...I get to be really late then wake up at like 3 am or so and cant sleep until like 4 then i wake back up at 5... Is there any way I can condition myself to have LD's? I love dreaming but I only remeber a few every month... Please help me here

First, you need to start your own dream journal, it improves your dream recall a lot (This is a great DJ software made by a DV member ). For insomnia, it really helps me to do my exercise right before sleep (100 push ups and 100 sit ups) and maybe some warm herb tea
Then you need to start doing reality checks all day. Don't be persuaded that you are awake. In dreams, you too think that you aren't dreaming, so every time you remember to, try breathing with your nose pinched, putting your finger through your palm and observe the enviroment, if something isn't weird. Try to remember how you got to where you currently are, what you were doing before etc. Looking at your hands is good too, in the dream they are often crooked, crippled or missing. Then, when you go to sleep, repeat in your mind something like "I will remember my dreams" for recall or "I'll do a reality check and realize, that I'm dreaming." for LDs. This is called MILD (mind induced lucid dream). When you can't fall asleep, try listening to this.

That's pretty much everything I do, hope it helps.

Wow Lots and lots of help from you! Thanks. Is there any specific herbs you put in your tea? I'm going to try and make a special blend of Dream tea!

It's usually whatever herbs my eyes first glance on (or those that smell good ) I suggest you asking/looking into Lucid aids forum, I don't keep track on what helps and what doesn't. Good luck
