There are many many tutorials on this website to help you get started. I also suggest reading the main page of the website, as it contains helpful information as well.

Read through all the tutorials (I recommend a sort of MILD-DILD blend) and build your dream recall. Keep a dream journal, repeat memory mantras to yourself, lie perfectly still when you wake up, reality check like a fiend, truly imagine you'll have a lucid tonight, all that fun stuff. Keep with it, and don't lose motivation!
