      Question A Few Questions

Ok i have been on this website trolling for the past three days and all day long reading different links and things people are saying and experiencing, but i have a few questions that are bugging me.

      1.
The second part of a reality check is the more focused check/test, which compliments your increased awareness. This part involves asking direct questions about the world around you when you suspect that you are dreaming. It is a tool by which to verify or falsify your suspicions of the dream state, often by attempting or observing something impossible (like pushing your finger through your hand) or by a gap of knowledge or memory.
Ok so with that being said, the part that is bugging me is the entire part about moving on your own. Ok yes if you become lucid i can see how its imperative that you gained the ability to move your dream body around, but to actually do it in the dream when becoming lucid, what does that involve? Would you be moving as if you were in a real body, or do you just think about it? Would this make your real world body look kind of funny moving around, or is that the whole point of sleep paralysis?

      2. I usually go to sleep at around 5:00 to 5:30 in the morning. Ill wakeup at around 11:30 or twelve, i never know why, but i do, but i also never get up, i go back to sleep until i wake again at around 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon, when i get up.

By using the CANWILD technique, what would you say is the optimal time to set the alarm to run the 3 second sound clip?
