      something weird

      hey guys. Almost everytime im sick, I have a weird dream. Pretty much nightmarish. Im not yet able to become lucid yet (or at least i dont know) so i cant really fix this problem yet.

      Ayup, most members here report that being "under the weather" has some strange impacts on their dreams, and can even prevent lucidity. I know that fevers have sometimes been known to cause nightmares. If you think this might be a factor, you can try cooling yourself down somehow...lower the thermostat, throw off a few layers, use a bag of ice water, etc. This is all just pure speculation, mind you, so I'm not sure how helpful this is...

      You should check out Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, a book by Stephen LaBerge. It details all sorts of cool methods and such, as well as a basic background in sleep studies, etc. It's a very easy read, and well worth it. It's about $6.00 USD...but a few well-placed keywords in Google can locate a free copy online. Technically, this is illegal...
