If you don't recognize any dream signs that carry over easily to your waking life, try chosing something random. Maybe set a different sign every day, as a reminder. Say, every time you walk through a doorway, or every time you hear music. It can even be something general, such as every time you talk to a family member. There in an excercise in Laberge's book that is similar to this. It was to train your prospective memory. There have been a few threads on it, such as this one by Shift: |

I do RCs when anything strange happens. Such as somebody saying something about a dream, my vision going blurry, me losing train of thought, miscoordination, the list goes on and on.. |
