What can I do with him? He doesn't want me to sleep. And I don't know whether automatically swallowing it will interrupt my SP or not

It won't interrupt your WILD, nor will it inhibit sleep paralysis. The less you put thought into your movements/swallowing, the less they will affect you. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to stay completely still to successfully WILD (nor do you have to experience sleep paralysis before entering a dream).

Lol so did I. Imagine inducing a dream while on aheavy salvia trip. Thats probably something you arent coming back from!

I've realized to control my saliva I have to keep my random thoughts flowing through my mind. Also pay attention to the images you see. The only time that I get saliva in my mouth and feel the need to swallow is when my mind is focused on just that. Even if I do have to swallow, it's just once and then I can get my thoughts flowing once again. So really it doesn't have much effect. Try it out. See what works for you.
