n00b intro/been having LDs for years

hey gang, was glad to find this forum. to begin with, i've been having LDs for years and was always aware of what they are. i think in the last couple of months i've been having more of them more frequently that i can remember ever having. i've never been one to force them, and have always been able to chain at least 2-3 WILDs easily, but lately, they've been more vivid and more frequent. my latest was this morning and some of the elements i encountered were: o total control of and clarity of speech o control of the direction and topic of the conversations o some control of the environment o dream indicator via cellphone, i couldn't key in someone's phone number as the numbers kept changing (lol!) o inability and frustration at said inability to teleport to a specified place o being able to wake for a moment and hop back into the dream o initiating a sex act in the dream yes, it was an active morning anyway, like i said, i've been doing this since i was a child and always enjoyed them. while lurking this forum, i've found the most helpful tip so far (and i haven't tried many) is to recap ALL dreams, LD or not. at this point in my dream travels, i prefer to let them come naturally as opposed to "inducing" them. i want to work on the basics such as flying and teleporting before getting into being able to invoke one at will. that's my story and i'm sticking to it! thanks for the chance to share my thoughts on the subject. looking forward to exploring Kadath with you guys! -Atal
