Since I've joined this, I started gaining dream recall, and it actually worked. One night, I woke up in the middle of the night, remembered a dream, and went back to sleep. I woke up and forgot it. |

Are you stressed? Do you get enough hours of sleep? These are factors that can affect LDing and dream recall as well. |

I strongly suggest you write your dreams down after you wake up. I like to quickly recap them in mind then immediately write them down. If you are willing to put in a bit of extra effort and can sleep-in, I suggest setting an alarm clock throughout the night, waking up, writing down your dream, then returning to sleep. I would set the alarm clock in two hour increments throughout the night. Either way, you should definately keep a notebook beside your bed and write down dreams as soon as possible upon waking. |

Thats pretty normal. I can wake up, go over a dream in my head, then forget it by morning. To combat this I write keywords of my dream. If I dream about shooting aliens on Jupiter then falling into a void, I'd write down: |

This happened to me to, but then i came up with a method to remeber my dreams thats only failed 2 times =D. |

Spoiler for Lucid Dream Count:
one of the things I find remarkable about reading through my dream journal entries is the common themes that seem to re-occur all the time. As I write the dreams down I can't help to notice the same elements, and that's the same recorded elements I use to transform how I get to know & perceive the dreamworld. |
