They are both, as Snowy said, WILD techniques, but the first one sounds like a variation I've heard called the Tactile Assisted WILD. It basically works as you've described it, and while I've not successfully done a WILD, it works for me trying to immerse myself into a meditational visualization. I usually prefer spinning or running to flying, but that's just me. |
